Bulgaria — is it on your travel list? It’s on mine, especially its capital, Sofia, a city rich in Roman ruins and Byzantine architecture.

In a two-part episode of the Postcard Academy, my guest Stephanie Craig shared how she ended up in Sofia and why it’s better suited toward digital nomads surfing the Schengen Zone than expats.
Stephanie is a travel writer and an American expat/nomad based in Sofia, and co-host of the Rick Steves Over Brunch podcast (She’s also known as The History Fangirl).
